Recent action at the shop…

by Peter D on January 14, 2013

I continue to be impressed by the ingenuity, creativity and curiosity that walks into the shop. Here’s Liz L, showing off her well-executed butcher-block kitchen counter top.  She got a great antique cast-iron sink off craigslist and then managed to score the cut-offs of the ends of coffee tables from a Lakewood coffee shop.  It turns out, she had a bunch of fine cherry and maple on her hands!

And here’s one of our recent classes in session… John B (pictured left) is learning woodworking from scratch (after a career in urban planning and in between philosophy courses!):

Come join John, our other students and the rest of the growing community here in the shop!  Here’s a post about our upcoming classes.
